In this poster, Dr. Randall Alfano shares new insights into the modifications albumins from different sources exhibit and the effects that these modifications have on various cell lines – including pluripotent stem cells, mesenchymal stem cells, and fibroblasts. Some of the highlights include:

  • Comparison of mass spectrometry and RP-HPLC spectra between InVitria’s Cellastim and Optibumin with human serum and yeast-derived albumins.

 

  • Monomer purity of Cellastim, Optibumin, human serum, and yeast-derived albumins.
